• Customer support and technical assistance
• Online account management

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are liable for all activities conducted through your account
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and recommended

4. Orders and Purchases

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Prices include VAT where applicable (15%)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Paystack. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your full credit card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You must inspect packages upon delivery and report damage within 48 hours
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location

7. ISP Services

7.1 Service Level Agreement

ISP services are provided subject to availability in your area. Service levels, speeds, and uptime are best-effort and may vary based on network conditions and infrastructure.

7.2 Fair Usage Policy

While we offer uncapped packages, we reserve the right to manage network traffic to ensure fair access for all users. Excessive usage that impacts network performance may be subject to traffic shaping.

7.3 Installation

• Installation times are estimates and subject to technician availability
• Access to property and cooperation during installation is required
• Additional charges may apply for complex installations

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of KeywordTech or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
